From Nail Factory to LAVA — A Story Written Together.

When I first began my journey in Westport, everything felt a little unfamiliar.

A new place, unfamiliar faces, and a lot to learn.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But then, something wonderful happened.

You welcomed me.

You came in for your appointments, returned again and again, introduced your friends, shared your stories, and slowly made this unfamiliar place feel like home.

What started as a nail salon became something much more meaningful — a community, a team, and a place where so many lives and stories connect.

And for that, I will always be grateful.

A New Name. A Bigger Adventure.

Nail Factory is now LAVA Nail.

Same ownership. Same heart. Just a new name and a fresh vision.

We've also recently acquired a longtime salon at 349 Greenwich Avenue, bringing another wonderful location into the LAVA family.

And here's where things get interesting.

I'm still fairly young in this business, and apparently I decided that running one salon wasn't quite enough of an adventure. :)

Greenwich is an established salon with its own history, and giving it the care, attention, and fresh start it deserves has been quite a challenge.

So lately, I've been going back and forth between Westport and Greenwich — learning, rebuilding, fixing little things, and occasionally wondering why there aren't more hours in a day.

But please don't worry.

Westport isn't being left behind. It's the reason I had the confidence to take this next step.

I may be spending more time on the road these days, but my commitment to you hasn't changed.

The Heart of LAVA

I've learned that the most meaningful part of any business isn't the name above the door.

It's the people who walk through it.

Your kindness, patience, encouragement, and trust have meant more to me than you probably realize.

Because of you, I've found a sense of belonging, built a wonderful team, and had the opportunity to create a place where others can grow alongside me.

And as LAVA continues to evolve, I hope we never lose what made Nail Factory special in the first place.

The warmth. The familiar faces. The feeling of being welcome.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you for making a once-unfamiliar place feel like home.

The name may be new, but the heart behind it will always be the same.
